If you wish to commission us with a new case, please send us information on your matter and the power-of-attorney. Please note that a written power-of-attorney is not always necessary; of course, even in spite of the power-of-attorney, we are allowed to take only such steps which have been discussed with our client.

The power of attorney you find on this page offers our clients an opportunity– especially in urgent cases – to download, print and – having signed it – to send us the power of attorney.

Each defendant in penal cases is allowed to name up to three defence attorneys, since more than three lawyers practice in our law office, there is a special power-of-attorney for criminal proceedings. Please use the latter also for matters referring to regulatory offences.
