Mrs. Kolts is born in 1981 in Tartu (South Estonia); she studied Architecture at the Bauhaus University of Weimar (2000-2002) while completing her undergraduate studies in History and Music at the Friedrich-Schiller-University in Jena (1999-2003).
Our attorney Mrs. Kolts started her legal studies in 2002 at the Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena; she sat the German First State Legal Examination in 2008 and completed her apprenticeship at the district court of Bielefeld (2008-2010).
In 2010, worked Mrs. Kolts as a clerk at the Law Firm Rödl and Partner in Tallinn (Estonia); in 2011 the second and final legal state examination in Düsseldorf. Postgraduate degree in Private and Public Economic Law (Legum Magister in oeconomicis â“ LL.M.) - her work of thesis concerned the ”control over the radius of action in the stock corporation de lege lata and de lege ferenda” (2014-2017).
